What we do:
We offer private one-on-one training sessions, semi-private sessions (2-3 individuals with one coach) and small group classes (4+ individuals). Many of our clients participate in a combination of these session types each week depending on their individual goals and budget.
What we don’t do:
Precision Athlete is not an open facility with a membership. Each athlete must be accompanied by a trainer in private and semi-private setting or participating in a class session. We do not have a prescribed formula for success or set program. Each individual is assessed and programmed for specific needs and goals.
We strongly recommend that all new athletes (and non-athletes) try an introductory private session at half the price of regularly priced session to assess your current skill/fitness level and evaluate goals. From there, we can decide together what combination of services will best help you reach your goals. If you are interested in participating in classes only, we will use your first sessions to review and refine proper kettlebell technique so that you can participate in class safely and effectively.
