What we do:
Precision Athlete is dedicated to personalized training for athletes of all levels. It is a place where many different kinds of athletes train. These athletes undergo various forms of physical and psychological training modalities to achieve specific objectives. Performance is championed over appearance and the training environment reflects this. At Precision Athlete the goal is specific but the method is complex. Our focus is to help athletes improve their overall performance, in particular, their ability to do a specified task. We help each client improve functional strength, power, power-endurance, and endurance or whatever the task requires. For those who are willing to experience discomfort and ultimately reward, they stand to gain something here.
Precision Athlete represents years of experience, rigorous evaluation and thorough research. Each athlete requires varied and complex training which evolves over time. There are no clear cut strategies to achieve goals only tools and discipline to achieve them. Our philosophy is based on the principles of Gym Jones, Kettlebell Training, Olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastics and tactical training. Our methods are derived from old school training techniques, new ones, research, ingenuity and creativity which are present in every workout. Although our methods change our belief remains the same-you get back what you put in.
What we don’t do:
Precision Athlete is not an open facility with a membership. Each athlete must be accompanied by a trainer in private and semi-private setting or participating in a class session. We do not have a prescribed formula for success or set program. Each individual is assessed and programmed for specific needs and goals.
