Group Classes

Monday: 7 pm
Wednesday: 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am
Sunday: 10 am and 11 am

These weekly classes incorporate strength training and metabolic conditioning through a combination of traditional weight lifting, kettlebells and aerobic sequencing.  The result is a unique experience designed to achieve both strength and conditioning.  The programming for Group sessions changes every 4-6 weeks to ensure all athletes consistently progress.  Although kettlebell technique is learned over time with careful instruction and attention from an experienced Precision coach, ALL levels of experience are welcome.  We advise newcomers to attend Precision’s Kettlebell Fundamentals Workshop to master basic kettlebell techniques prior to attending Group sessions (Please see the Events calendar for the KB Fundamentals Workshop schedule).  As kettlebell skills are mastered, substitute exercises can be recommended as necessary.

Package: 12 boot camp classes for $420 ($35/class)

*(Restrictions: all 5 sessions have to be used within a one month period from purchase date.  Each athlete must complete a complimentary 30 min. fitness evaluation to determine whether it is appropriate to attend KB Fundamentals Workshop prior to beginning any classes which can be done the same day as purchase)
